Deliveries and returns

What are the delivery times and fees?

Delivery charges are offered for any order higher than or equal to 199 euros.
For orders below 199 euros, the shipping costs are fixed for each category of product. The delivery price is calculated according to the weight ranges of each product on sale on the site (see delivery schedule).



The delivery is made to the address you indicated when placing your order. packages are shipped by Exapaq, they are insured and the risks are borne by our carrier until they are handed to you by hand against signature.
Delivery times are given in good faith and without commitment on our part. We will not accept any claim or penalty.
Shipments are made the next morning of your order if the product is in stock. (Except weekends). Shipments are from Monday to Friday, no parcel shipping on Saturday and Sunday.
In the case where you choose to pay by check, money order, bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the amount due and delays will run accordingly.


Insurance on delivery

Each product shipped is automatically insured (theft / breakage) and the risks are the responsibility of our carrier until it is handed to you by hand against signature.

Taxes and customs duties (sale outside the European Union)

The customs documents for all parcels sent abroad summarize the total value of the contents of your order and the description of the articles.
Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the package reaches its country of destination. You must pay any additional customs clearance fees. We have no control over these taxes and can not predict them, as customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
