The Scott Surf'Air is a freetouring ski for expert skiers looking for a light, versatile model that performs well uphill and downhill. With its 86 mm waist, it offers an excellent compromise between efficiency on the ascent, manoeuvrability and stability on committed descents. Its balanced handling allows you to ride with confidence on different types of snow and terrain.
Paulownia wood core : very light wood offering an excellent weight/performance ratio. It reduces the weight of the ski while maintaining dynamism, stability and precision on the descent.
Pro-Tip Rocker : Tip profile makes it easier to plane in deep snow, improving maneuverability and allowing for better adaptation to variable terrain.
Sloping fields with Paulownia laminate: construction that enhances precision, power transmission and stability while maintaining a lightweight structure suitable for freetouring.

► Wear and tear of our skis and snowboards
In order for you to find the best skiing companion according to your level and your desires, we have categorized the skis as follows according to the condition of the equipment:
- Quality A
- Quality B
- Grade C
In order to offer you a quality skiing experience, we have decided to be transparent with you by setting up these three categories, which allow you to be fully aware of the state of wear and tear of the equipment, so that there are no unpleasant surprises when you receive it.
For the classification of our equipment, we base ourselves on various criteria:
- The state of wear of the screen printing
- The state of wear of the sole and edges
- The state of wear of the fastener
- Year of manufacture
■ Quality A: Used equipment in good condition
Qualité A offers second-hand equipment in good general condition, well maintained and can be used for many seasons:
- The technical qualities and durability of the material are excellent
- Screen printing may also have some scratches and snags
- Second-hand bindings in good condition (checked by our skimens) but may have some scratches from use and somewhat discolored
- The sole is perfectly filled, structured and waxed. The edges are sharpened.
■ Quality B: Used equipment in good condition
The Quality B category has second-hand equipment in good condition, but with more pronounced wear marks (presence of scratches and snags):
- The technicality and durability of the material remain good despite an older aesthetic
- Presence of more pronounced scratches and snags on several areas of the screen print, especially at the tip and tail
- The binding can be scratched or discolored (always serviced by our skimen)
- The sole is perfectly filled, structured and waxed and the edges are sharpened, as for the material of Quality A
- Attractive price
■ Quality C: Equipment whose screen printing is degraded but still performs well
The Quality C category offers damaged equipment, whose screen printing is degraded but which remains skiable and efficient:
- The material having already been used for several seasons, the screen printing is damaged and shows more significant traces of wear such as scratches and snags, but this has no influence on its performance
- The binding (always serviced by our skimen) shows more signs of wear: discoloration, scratches, snags... It does not pose any danger to the user.
- The sole is perfectly filled, structured and waxed. The edges are also sharpened, just like the previous picks. Be careful: the equipment has already been used well, there is not much thickness left of the sole or edge that will allow for new maintenance.
