THE Völkl Blaze 86 combines a reasonable waist width (86 mm) with advanced technologies to deliver a lively and stable ski. Its Multilayer Woodcore Light core made of poplar and beech provides lightness And solidity. The Tip & Tail Rocker profile (rocker at the tip and tail) helps with flotation in soft snow and turn initiation, while the 3D Radius Sidecut technology allows you to link big turns at high speed with shorter turns with precision. The Suspension Tips & Tails inserts absorb shocks at the tips, improving comfort in hard or choppy snow. It's a demanding but rewarding ski, excellent if you like to give your skiing dynamics while having forgiveness.
